3.eXbizcard mobile application

eXbizcard provides users with the option of using parts of the application without creating an account.

Guest users

Guest users can access the free functionality of eXbizcard without registering an account.

FBTK Ventures does not require guest users to provide their name, email address or other personal information simply to access the free parts of the application.

Guest-user information is not intentionally collected or stored by FBTK Ventures for the purpose of identifying the individual user.

Some technical information may nevertheless be processed by third-party platforms or services used to distribute or operate the application, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Registered users

Certain functionality, including purchasing paid card designs or templates, requires you to create an account.

When creating an account, you may be required to provide information such as:

Account information is processed through Firebase, including Firebase Cloud Firestore, which FBTK Ventures uses to store information associated with registered users and provide the relevant functionality of eXbizcard.

4.Information relating to purchased templates

eXbizcard offers paid card designs and templates.

If you purchase a paid template, we need to associate the purchase with your registered account so that you can access and retrieve the template you have purchased.

Information associated with your account and purchases may therefore be stored in Firebase/Cloud Firestore for the purpose of:

• Identifying your account
• Recording the templates associated with your account
• Providing access to templates you have purchased
• Allowing you to retrieve purchased templates
• Maintaining the functionality and security of the application
• Providing customer support where necessary

We do not use purchased-template information to sell or market personal information to third parties.

5.Information stored on your device

Some information created or entered while using eXbizcard may be stored locally on the device on which you use the application.

This means that not all information associated with your use of eXbizcard is stored by FBTK Ventures.

Where information is stored locally on your device, FBTK Ventures does not routinely access, monitor or review that information.

You are responsible for managing information stored locally on your device, including deleting it where appropriate.

6.Firebase and third-party technology providers

FBTK Ventures uses Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, to support account functionality and store information associated with registered users.

Firebase is a service provided by Google. Information processed through Firebase may therefore be subject to Google’s privacy practices and applicable terms.

We recommend reviewing Google’s privacy information for details about how Google handles information in connection with Firebase.

Other third-party technology providers may also process limited information where necessary to provide, secure, maintain or distribute our website or applications.

7.App stores and application platforms

eXbizcard is made available through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Apple and Google may independently collect information relating to application downloads, devices, accounts, purchases, diagnostics, usage and other interactions with their platforms.

This information is processed by the relevant third party under its own privacy policy and terms.

FBTK Ventures does not control information that Apple, Google or another third party collects independently of FBTK Ventures.

8.Payments and purchases

Where you purchase paid content or templates through eXbizcard, the payment may be processed through the relevant app store or payment platform.

FBTK Ventures does not intend to store your full payment-card details in Firebase or Cloud Firestore.

Payment providers and app stores may collect and process payment and transaction information under their own privacy policies and terms.

FBTK Ventures may receive or retain limited information necessary to confirm or associate a purchase with your eXbizcard account and provide access to the purchased content.
